LIFE AT THE END OF A STREET

When you join the twenty-eight units that comprise The Enclave at Lambs Court, you enter an end-of-street community where living is quiet, private and relaxed.

Relaxing: The circular court is privately owned; the only passing cars belong to Lambs Court residents.  Trees form the northwest and northeast borders of the community; these natural places, and the many trees on the property itself, provide habitat for songbirds, rabbits and squirrels – making living at Lambs Court just a little more pleasant.

Convenient: The community lies within two kilometres of an arterial hub of 403, QEW and 407 highways leading to Toronto, Niagara and Hamilton.  Close enough to be convenient, far enough to be unnoticed.

Central: Walking and bicycling paths along Lake Ontario, Spencer Smith park and the nearby Brant Street shops and restaurants, Burlington’s Arts Centres and an array of big box stores and grocery stores, are all located within three kilometres of home.

New to Condo Living? If you haven’t lived in a condominium environment before, one of the more pleasant discoveries you’ll make is that your drive and steps will be diligently cleared of snow in winter. Your driveway will be salted to melt ice, your grass will be cut in summer, leaves will be collected in the Fall, and automatic watering systems will engage while you sleep. If there is a problem with your unit’s roof, or your driveway, or your windows, it will be shouldered by a financial fund that the community has already set aside for repairs and emergencies.
